Fixed Price Maintenance contracts
Our annual Fixed Price plans can be tailored to suit your specific needs. They cover all remote queries for your Dynamics ERP solution. Our helpdesk is based in Ireland and is staffed by 5 full time customer support executives whose sole function is to help our Dynamics NAV clients.
Pay as you go
Flexible and competitively priced bundled hours that can be drawn down for any offsite Dynamics NAV services.
Contracts last up to 2 years and come with full service level agreement and usage reporting structure. Hours can also be used for other services such as change requests, development or training.
Our 24 x 7 service plans are for organisations that need out of hours cover, weekends and 18:00 to 09:00 weekdays. This provides a comprehensive service extension to our standard helpdesk.
Without a SQL maintenance plan your NAV database will slow down and become less efficient over time. Our SQL DBA service plan contains several tools that support core database administration tasks. At its foundation, the SQL DBA plan makes it easier to look after business data at every stage, from back-up to monitoring to change management.
