SD Case Manager

SD Case Manager enables you to log all complaints and track progress through the entire complaint process. Each incident generates an ID number that follows the incident from opening through to closure.

Reports

There are a number of available reports in SD Case Manager:case_manager

  • Full incident report containing all logged details and actions taken
  • Summary list of all open and closed reports
  • Summary/detail report of incidents

All incidents regardless of status are maintained on the system and available for reporting or to re-open if required.
